As a BDM your role is to continue to help the business grow and acquire and develop a portfolio of business customers through outbound B2B selling. You will be responsible for the full sales process, from contacting prospective customers, identifying their telco and IT requirements through to securing contracts. You will provide excellent service to your customers and develop a sales pipeline to manage future renewals.​

The Role:
The Business Development Manager will provide a full 360 service to our customer base. From initial consultation or
meeting, you will identify solutions and products that meet your customer needs. You will be able to present services to senior management/board level and secure contracts/business across a variety of different industries and sectors.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to UK existing and new business clients to effectively question a prospect to establish a need and provide the best solution, that incorporates our services for teleco and IT products and services

Present and explain a range of business procurement strategies and comprehensive management of these services

Develop progressive relationships with a broad range of UK clients from contract implementation to maintenance

Formulating effective business management plans around our services

Achieving monthly revenue and KPI targets

Effectively use CRM system to source and generate own client pipeline

Comply with quality and industry standards
-
Having a consultative approach by becoming an expert in the industry and advising, guiding, and consulting clients
Experience:
-
Minimum of two years experience in a similar role
-
Ideally you will have experience and knowledge of cyber security products and services
