With over 2000 energy brokers selling in what is a very complex market, they have discovered a significant number of examples of hidden charges and different forms of mis-selling. Our Client offers a strong and consistent reward package including a car/fuel allowance as well as Management that is supportive but discreet and they foster an entrepreneurial spirit amongst their employees.
Ability to identify your own pipeline of business clients via visiting commercial premises and effectively engage with your prospect to establish if there is a business need
Exceptional organisation skills are essential
Having a consultative approach by becoming an expert in the industry and advising, guiding, and consulting clients
Developing a progressive relationship with clients, from implementation through to maintenance of their claim
Excellent rapport, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Base salary and commission structure completely negotiable depending on experience.
