MCF Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the UK's premier real estate and rental agencies.
We are looking for Sales Executives to join our Tenant Services and Rent Guarantee Insurance teams.
The role will be to make outbound calls to tenants/landlords and offer them the opportunity to purchase products including insurance, energy, tv and broadband packages in turn to achieve activity and growth targets.
To achieve these targets you will be able to identify sales opportunities, deliver excellent service and prove value to maximise the experience with the tenant.

A typical week as a Sales Executive might involve:

Proactively contacting a high-volume of leads, to maximise the opportunity.

Understand tenant/landlord needs, identify opportunities, present and close with a relevant solution.

Interpret, understand and explain compliance regulations to tenants/landlords.

Achievement of weekly KPI’s and performance metrics relevant to business requirements i.e. dials, call time, sales and conversions.

Attend and understand relevant compliance, product and service training.
-
Be the point of contact to answer queries, resolve problems and provide solutions.

Record information in relevant databases and ensure lead portal is kept up to date.

Liaise with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for tenants/landlords.

Regular sharing of learnings to colleagues and key stakeholders internally to enhance service and product offering.
