Internal Sales Executive (Telecoms)


Up to £25k (OTE45k)

Do you have:

  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment where the potential prospect has been educated through our Clients excellent marketing collateral and to build off the research the buyer has done? 

  • A genuine passion to be constantly learning about the products and services, becoming a system matter expert, and offering valuable insights to resolve client pain points? 

  • The drive to also develop your own sales pipeline alongside the marketing qualified leads within the industry verticals you become an expert?

  • A consultative approach to work collaboratively with new and existing customers to help buyers navigate the complex decisions with a niche product in a technical environment?

Working alongside the Marketing Department and other departments the post holder is required to undertake the following duties in accordance with Key Performance Indicators:

  • Fully understand and engage with the systems and procedures within the internal sales process. 

  • Daily interaction with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and digital outreach in line with the identified volume targets of the sales process. 

  • Understanding the value proposition and how this alleviates differing pain points for our clients. 

  • Obtaining a strong working knowledge of two-way radio products. 

  • Research business and individuals to identify potential new clients. 

  • To identify the nature of sales opportunities and fully qualify the opportunity. 

  • To qualify the identified MQLs as a sales lead.

  • Qualify prospects from internal and external sources for lead generation purposes via digital and telephone outreach. 

  • Develop and issue sales quotes that fulfil the client requirements. 

  • Adopt a consultative sales approach to penetrate targeted new accounts. 

  • Lead generation to arrange demo appointments. 

  • Comprehensive and accurate population of CRM entries.


Internal Sales Advisor Applicant Requirements:

  • Clear indication of a strong working knowledge and usage of LinkedIn.

  • Can evidence collaborative outreach success with new and existing clients. 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other systems including a CRM. 

  • Presentable manner and comfortable dealing with clients face-to-face and on the phone.
