Telesales Consultant  

Solihull 

£18 - £24k (OTE £35,000)

They believe in recruiting strong professionals from the industry which save their customers time, money and consumption. They also provide next level customer service and satisfaction. 

 

The Role:  

 

  • Generating a sales pipeline  

  • Pricing customer contacts  

  • Identifying and developing new business prospects  

  • Managing new clients accounts  

  • Maximising sales opportunities and closing business  

  • Achieving monthly Revenue and KPI targets  

  • Accurately completing all sales information and customer details to the required standard  

 

The Person:  

 

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a cold calling environment and preferably   with a background of account management  

  • Energy sector experience is preferred  

  • Have a proven track record of success within a sales environment  

  • Be able to listen and question effectively, to overcome objections  

  • Be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets  

  • Be able to work well under pressure  

  • Have a professional phone manner, with a resilient approach
