With offices across the North East, and plans to expand nationally, they really are the real deal.  They have the backing, they have the infrastructure and now they need the BEST people onboard to drive the business into 2020 with a bang!  

We are looking for either an experienced Operations Manager from an Energy Consultancy background or a superstar Team Manager looking for the next big step in their career.  I cannot emphasise the gravity of this opportunity so please only apply if you fit the bill!

​As an Operations Manager, your primary function will be overseeing each and every sales team.  You will be responsible for increasing the total sales value for your community, ensuring consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and management. You will identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings with your focus being business to business sales growth. 

 

You will be:

  • Management of sales Forecasting

  • Development and maintenance of team dynamic / Structure

  • Conduct regular 121 reviews with staff and generate personal development

  • Set the process in conjunction with other member of management

  • Develop accurate forecasting tools and measurement of metrics

  • Manage sales pipeline

  • Conduct account planning with other team members ensuring regular contact is obtained with all customer at least via telephone

  • Generate and action plans to gain remaining 20% market share of the property focused businesses

  • Manage and develop current sales team consisting of Account Managers, Sales Administrators and Team Leaders


You must have:

  • Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales management experience within IT Sales

  • Proven track record in growing revenue streams across a team and within a fast-moving Sales environment

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Strong decision-making abilities

  • Ability to work to SLAs and deadlines

  • Exceptional motivational skills

  • Ability to communicate both written and verbal at all levels

  • Excellent numeracy and forecasting skills

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management

  • Track record of mentoring and developing team members

  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
