Sales Administrator


£18-20k plus company bonus scheme

As part of our Client's impressive growth plans for 2020, we are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator.  Ideally with experience within the energy sector, either in a Consultancy/Brokerage or a Supplier, this is a pivotal role within any sales environment.

The Role:

  • Assist the sales teams in processing sales paperwork & handling of key accounts

  • Liaising with Suppliers & Clients

  • Liaising with other departments and people within the business

  • Inputting key information into the company CRM

  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets

  • Maintaining other company databases

  • Assiting wirth marketing activities

  • Co-ordinate electronic diaries of Directors and senior members of staff

  • Making phone calls and routing them to their desired destination

Key Skills:

  • Well organised

  • Positive, highly motivated and committed to providing a top-quality service to our customers

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills are essential

  • Previous experience in similar role would be preferred and

  • Experience in CRM would be a big advantage

  • Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office packages
