Our Client was founded when their Directors noticed a distinct lack of account management and client service practice within the B2B consultancy industry. As a result of this, providing high-quality and informative account management to their clients has remained a consistent goal. They value transparency regarding all areas of business, especially in areas that are difficult to navigate and where large corporations may lead businesses unknowingly astray, trapping them in long and unfair agreements.

You will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers and representing the company. You will be building relationships with prospective clients within the various business sectors through outbound calling and lead generation. The position requires the successful candidate to build their knowledge of the energy market, understand the industry, and work closely with Team Leaders to improve their sales pitch. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the energy industry, business operations and expenditure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling daily using data provided and converting the calls to new business leads.

  • Achieving realistic daily/weekly/monthly sales, revenue targets and KPIs.

  • Working closely with the Senior Account Managers and Team Leaders to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.

  • Adhering to sales compliance rules – all sales are generated in line with our qualitstandards.

  • Proactivity in identifying opportunities for new business.

  • Inputting and maintaining prospective client information onto the company’s unique CRM.

  • Dealing with client queries.

  • Building relationships with colleagues and clients, referring to Team Leaders for advice and support.

  • Always communicating with clients in a professional manner, aligned with our company values.
