MCF Recruitment are once again delighted to be working with the North East's, if not the UK's, longest serving Energy Consultancy. They are all about quality of service, transparency and ethical selling. They purposely go under the radar and go about their daily business in a very quiet and unassuming manner.

​

As part of early 2022 growth, they are interested in speaking to experienced Midlands-based Energy Sales Executives with a successful Commercial/I&C background.

​

Ideally you will have experience in both Business Development and energy assessments, audits and procurement. 

 

The Role

  • You will work to realistic, achievable monthly sales targets via outbound sales and new business development 

  • Establish and manage a portfolio of corporate I&C Clients

  • Full 360 account management

  • Provide your clients with options regarding their business utilities, payment services etc

  • Speaking to key decision makers

  • Relationship and rapport building

  • At all times, work to the company compliance and strict quality standards

  • Provide excellent customer service from the first phone call onwards

  • Have fun, be part of a team, sell and make life changing amounts of money

 

The Person

  • Experience working within I&C/high-level commerical energy sales

  • Experience in high value sales and account management advantageous

  • Highly money motivated, resilient and able to manage and prioritise your workload

  • Out of the box operator

  • Communication and listening skills are key in this role
