We are delighted to be working with one of the North East's premier and best-known estate agencies with offices throughout the region. We are looking to speak to energetic, enthusiastic, and well-organised individuals to manage a portfolio of properties from a successful branch in Easington.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and competent Valuer to continue to list in the Washington area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who will be responsible for dealing with valuing, listing, vendor contact. A proven track in estate agency and in particular valuing is essential, although full training will be provided.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be target driven, be able to close a sale and have a flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude.
Although the company has grown rapidly over the last 5 years and continues to do so, our Client have never lost that family orientated culture. Although they have a corporate edge driven by procedures and policies, they believe their staff are their biggest asset and therefore you can expect to be feel more than just another number and instead you will be very much part of the family.
A day in the life of a Valuer:
You will start your day with a morning meeting with the rest of your team.
You will prepare for your valuations, gathering your comparable and associated reports.
You will conduct sales & lettings valuations.
You will follow up on your valuations and have a keen eye for new business generation.
You will work to targets around listings and conversion rates.
You will actively prospect for new business.
You will list new properties onto our CRM software.
You will monitor business generation and targets for your branch and staff.
You will lead, motivate and inspire your team to be the best they can be.
You will need a full, clean driving license and use of your own car and we will pay 45p per mile for all business miles.

The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday as well as every other Saturday, from 9am -12pm however a flexible working hour can be discussed in interview stage.
