Our Client is seeking an exceptional individual who wants to make a difference to people’s lives through the delivery of high quality education and training to join our growing team. We have had our Ofsted inspection and are a GOOD provider. The role can be worked remotely or based from our office. The apprentices on programme are Midlands based so applicants should come from The Midlands as face to face group taught sessions is our mode of delivery.

Job Role:

You will be a crucial part of our team, teaching and evaluating apprentices on our Team Leader/ Supervisor L3 Standard,

Take an active role in motivating and supporting learners throughout their apprenticeship by building strong relationships and challenging them to reach and exceed their full potential.

You will be a specialist within Leadership and Management and be strategic with an eye for detail and organisation.

You will be striving to be the best and will be keen to evaluate your practice.

You will work closely with our clients to ensure a positive experience for them and their apprentices.

Managing a caseload of up to 40 learners.
Your experience:
-
You will have a background working in a similar role, such as trainer, lecturer or tutor with a proven track record of high quality delivery and feedback.
-
Experience as a leadership, management and business skills trainer.
-
Experience of coaching and mentoring to achieve high performance would be desirable.
-
Experience in managing the assessment process (marking assessments etc.)
-
Experience working with apprenticeships (or prior knowledge of).
-
Success in designing and building training programmes to meet business needs and be able to show how these programmes changed organisational behaviours and transformed performance.

A recognised teaching qualification such as PTTLS, CTTLS, DTTLS, Cert Ed.
Qualifications
Essential:
-
Minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Training and Development or associated field.

Functional Skills level 2 English, Maths or equivalent

Full UK Driving Licence

This role will be subject to an enhanced DBS check
Desirable:

Minimum Level 3 or equivalent Coaching/Mentoring qualification.

Psychometric tools practitioner (e.g. MBTI/Insights or similar)

360-degree feedback practitioner.
