​We are once again delighted to be working with one of the North East's premier and best-known estate agencies with offices throughout the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our Client's successful sales team in their newly formed auction department based in Hartlepool.
Our Client is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and well-organised individual for this role. You will be responsible for registering applicants, negotiating, progressing sales, prospecting new business, building relationships with the auction company etc.
A proven track record in Estate Agency experience is essential though full training will be provided around the auction process.
You DO NOT have to have worked in an auction department previously to be successful BUT property sales experience in an Estate Agency environment is essential

The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday as well as every other Saturday, from 9am -12pm.
