This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who will be responsible in managing and leading the branch effectively to achieve targets and ensure we continue to deliver the highest service levels to customers. As well as leading the branch you will also carry out our sales and lettings valuations, so a proven track record in being able to accurately value property as well as having the ability to close a sale is a must.

Management experience is essential as is Estate Agency experience, although training will be provided and as Winners of the Sunday Times Letting Agency of the year awards as well as achieving gold in investors in people you can rest assured you will be working for a fantastic company with lots of opportunity.

Although the company has grown rapidly over the last 5 years and continues to do so, our Client have never lost that family orientated culture. A day in the life of a Office Manager/Valuer:

You will start your day with a morning meeting with your team

You will carry out sales and lettings valuations

You will have a keen eye on driving new business initiatives

You will lead, motivate, and drive unrivalled service within your team

You will have a keen focus on securing the best outcome for our customers

You will ensure your team are given the required training within the scope of their role

You will ensure the branch runs effectively on a day-to-day basis

The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday as well as one Saturday in three, from 9am -12pm.
